Refund policy

Pivot Parts USA has a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging if applicable. 

To start a return, simply click the return items button in your emailed order confirmation receipt.  You may also contact us at Manny@pivotpartsusa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 599, Paul, ID 83347

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. At that time, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you do not see the credit for your return, please contact us at Manny@pivotpartsusa.com.
